This holiday season, please consider joining with us in our mission, as we join together with hundreds of resilient and strong families each year, assessing their unique needs and helping them access the services they need to thrive.

Consider one young mother, Juana, who arrived at St. Mary's Center's Young Parenting Living Program (YPLP) along with her baby daughter at just 17 years old, seeking safety and protection. The YPLP team helped Juana's family access services, including enrolling her daughter in daycare and Juana in school to open up career opportunities. Juana was thrilled to get her dream job as a preschool teacher and moved into St. Mary’s Center’s Transitional Housing Program co-located on our Dorchester campus. After years of navigating long waiting lists for affordable housing, she was ecstatic to be able to move into her own apartment in Dorchester where she continues to work hard to achieve her goals.
